  A cagey affair that had all sorts of errors snuck in from both teams. In the end, it was Denver which kept its head steady in the final stretch to take the win and the title.

  Jokic led the way with 28 points and 16 rebounds. Murray and Porter got off 30 points between them. For Miami, Butler gave a late surge to go along with Adebayo’s 20 points but there was no support from the others on the field.

  The Nuggets in a bit of a foul trouble. Jokic, Murray and Green all have two fouls each. Gordon has three. Murray has also struggled to make shots in the first half. He has just four points so far. None of the other Nuggets player has managed a double digit score in the first half.

  It is not that the Heat have been remarkably better in shooting either. But the Nuggets seem just a bit anxious on the big night.
