I do not like this place. My boys and I went in there to get their haircut. The lady was sitting on her but and the place was dead. Not one person in there. And she literally tells me that they are too busy to cut my kid’s hair. We leave a while later from Walmart and there’s still nobody in there getting their haircut.. The employee was rude and I feel tempted to post the video of her sitting on her butt with no one in there getting their haircut.

Do not come to this hair salon the owner is extraordinarily rude I told her I didn’t want a haircut right now just had a few questions and she got super nasty with me then I tried to get her to sell me some shampoo and she didn’t care, considering the fact what they charge for shampoo she should have tried a little harder. But they’re guaranteed to go out of business so don’t get what’s coming to them. This place is a dump.

When I got my my hair cut here, the lady didn’t listen to the length I wanted. She went to check someone in and schedule an appointment in the middle of my hair cut, and when she returned she walked up, lifted a chunk of my hair and cut it way too short. When I called to schedule an appt to have it fixed the lady was very rude. I paid for a style, and she didnt style it. Nor did she realize what I booked online. Was failed communication because she failed to listen to what I wanted. Left in tears in tears. Didnt cause a scene because it wouldn’t fix my hair, I just would NOT recommend that hair stylist to anyone. With thick hair, short hair gives you an afro. And I didnt want to look like an afro poodle.

Got a great haircu here for nearly half the price it would have cost me at another barber in town (Cali Cutz).. I had to cancel my appointment with them when I found out they were going to charge me double what everybody else does. I don’t see how they can possibly justify that overcharging by that much, especially when I’d be walking out of there with the same exact buzz cut I would have gotten at Cutters Edge or SmartStyle for half the price. I don’t know how Cali Cutz stays in business, for real. SmartStyle did a great job for a reasonable price- I definitely saved money by going with them. I recommend others do the same.

They are good, but I am a man and haircuts are up to 25$ now. Wow!so Looks like bought the microtouch titanium clippers, I do my own hair now. A haircut is a luxury I can’t afford now.

So they “don’t do same day appointments” they do walk-ins. Yet there scheduling a time for people to come back at during the day. Hun.. that’s called a same day appointment. A walk in is someone whom is sitting in the waiting room who just walked up to get a hair cut. When there is no person there and you tell me we are booked up till 5pm for walk ins. That’s a lie. I will be calling corpert and complaining to them about what a walk in is and what a same day appointment is. Because they are different. And to tell a costumer that’s what a walk-in is. Is completely bull. I might be blunt. But I’m not stupid. However it seems the employees and manager of this location are.
