Villa CHLOE is a charming two-bedroom property nestled in the hills of Lurin. Ideally located in a private neighborhood, this holiday rental opens onto amazing views over Gustavia harbor and the deep-blue ocean. In a heavenly setting between sky and sea, villa CHLOE welcomes families or couples of friends for an unforgettable stay in St-Barths.
Built over three levels and bungalows, the vacation rental villa CHLOE features large openings onto the breathtaking view of the ocean and the yachts coming and going on the crystal-clear waters. On the main level, the living room is comfortably furnished with two sofas; the kitchen with dining area is located at the front and offers a fantastic view over the ocean and the environment through wide windows. In the kitchen, guests enjoy a delightful feeling of weightlessness, overlooking the ocean and the hillside in the heart of the island's vegetation. The decoration is both warm and elegant, with fine hints of wood in a private atmosphere.
The terraces of villa CHLOE offer many places to relax over the property. At the front of the living room, there is a shaded area outdoor dining area which can accommodate six guests, for delicious al fresco dinners facing the ocean. On the lower level, a second terrace is built around a heated swimming pool with a built-in jacuzzi area. Deck chairs invite guests to enjoy the beauty of the panorama, in the heart of the Caribbean nature. A third terrace is available further up the property, with a modern outdoor lounge, perfect to relax and sip a co*cktail in the evening. A gazebo with a barbecue is also available.
The vacation rental villa CHLOE consists of two air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms on two levels. One bedroom with a king-size bed is on the upper level accessible via outdoor stairs, and the second one with a queen-size bed is located near the living room. Under high vaulted ceilings, both bedrooms have HDTVs, comfortable armchairs, and open onto magnificent ocean views. The refined and bright decor creates an idyllic atmosphere for resting sessions after days exploring the island.

Terms of booking:

- - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursem*nt.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.

First you’ll have to sign the contract, then pay a deposit (30% of the amount, and 50% for the festive period) to secure your reservation. As soon as the deposit is paid, your booking is confirmed.
The balance is due 60 days (90 days for the festive period) prior to arrival.
A reminder notice will be sent seven days prior to the deadline for the final payment. Payments can be made via credit card, wire transfer.
Please be aware that villas enforce strict cancellation policies. It is strongly advised to purchase trip insurance upon booking to safeguard your interests.

Villas typically limit occupancy to double occupancy per bedroom, allowing only 2 guests per bedroom. While it may be feasible to include one additional guest beyond the listed maximum occupancy, approval from the owner is an obligation. Additional guests may incur charges for an extra rollaway bed and/or surcharge. Each property has its own set of regulations and requirements.
Please be aware that infants and children are counted as guests and should be included in the total party size. It is important not to assume that children are exempt from the guest count when making reservations.
Usually, villas require guests to stay for a minimum of 5 to 7 nights. This is due to the extensive time, costs and resources needed to prepare the property for the next guest, a process that differs significantly from hotels. Consequently, villas necessitate longer stays compared to hotels.
During the Christmas and holiday seasons, villas may enforce a minimum stay requirement of up to 14 nights.
Occasionally, properties may consider waiving the minimum night stay requirement if your travel dates are within 45 days or fit into an availability gap.

Each of our villas is equipped with a washing machine, and the majority also feature a dryer. However, these appliances are primarily designated for use by the housekeeper for household laundry tasks, with a few exceptions. Notably, villas in St. Barts typically do not provide accessible washers or dryers.
Access to these appliances is generally restricted due to liability concerns and insurance policies. Misuse of the washing machine and dryer can result in flooding and other liabilities, hence the restriction is in place for the mutual benefit of our guests and villa owners.
Recognizing the importance of having laundry facilities available during your vacation to lessen packing burdens, the housekeepers are typically willing to assist with your laundry needs for a nominal additional fee, which can be arranged during your stay at the villa. We also recommend reaching out to your concierge to inquire about the possibility of accessing these facilities.
